Non-Ionic Surfactants - Spreader Sticker

Spreader Sticker

Non-Ionic Surfactant

NameHi-Yield® Spreader Sticker makes almost all chemicals more effective by breaking down the  surface tension of water. This breakdown causes water to disperse, giving complete and total coverage on surfaces. Hi-Yield® Spreader Sticker helps water to resist the repellent tendency of waxy surfaces and also helps water to penetrate through soil and organic matter.

Insecticides
 – Works with almost all Insecticides:
Gives complete leaf coverage, increasing absorption, increasing contact kill and creating a better, longer lasting residual control.
Coats adult insects to improve effectiveness on hard to control insects, such as Grasshoppers, Stink Bugs, Squash Bugs, etc.
Helps to penetrate and adhere to webs of Tent Caterpillars and Bagworms.
Helps drenches to penetrate the soil and adhere to the roots to increase absorption.

Herbicides – Works with almost all Herbicides:
Gives complete leaf coverage, increasing absorption, increasing contact kill and creating a better, longer lasting residual control.

Fungicides – Works with almost all Fungicides:
Gives complete leaf coverage, increasing absorption, increasing contact kill and creating a better, longer lasting residual control

Fertilizers – Works with almost all fertilizers:
Gives complete leaf coverage, increasing absorption, increasing contact kill and creating a better, longer lasting residual control.
Increases the penetration and adheres the fertilizer to the roots for better absorption, thus making it work better.

Avoid Use With:
Do not use Hi-Yield® Spreader Sticker with the following products
X  ferti•lome® Weed Free Zone–  this product is “HOT” enough already and you may burn portions of the yard.
X  Any Oil Products such as  ferti•lome® Horticultural Oil or Hi-Yield® Dormant Oil, also Natural Guard® Brand by ferti•lome® Neem Oil including ferti•lome® Triple Action, ferti•lome® Fruit Tree Spray, and Natural Guard® Brand by ferti•lome® Neem, ferti•lome® Fire-Blight Spray

Do Not Use Dish Soap!  Dish soap is ionic so it can react with the chemical, it also leaves a sticky residue and most soaps have de-greasers that burn plants, often faster than the chemical can work.
Skip the detergent
Do not use dish soaps or detergents to control insect of mite pests. Dishwashing liquids and laundry detergents such as Palmolive, Dawn, Ivory, Joy, Tide and Dove are primarily designed to dissolve grease from dishes and cleaning clothes and not to kill insects and mite pests. Furthermore, these materials contain coloring agents, perfumes, and degreasers that may cause plant injury (phytotoxicity) by dissolving the waxy cuticle on the leaf surfaces. What is most important is that these materials are not registered pesticides as they do not have an EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) number. So technically it is illegal to use these detergent products as pesticides.
