We apoglogize on behalf of UPS for their delivery delay.
I see that you placed your order on Sunday, March 31 at 9:10 am. Your order was fulfilled on Monday, April 1st, we emailed a tracking number at that time to the email address that was provided, hopefully you received that. I see your order was and picked up by UPS that same day at approximately 3:00 pm. I've reviewd the tracking information via UPS and it appears they have some type of delay with no other information available.
We will file a claim with UPS when we reopen on Monday and reship your order, you will recieve a new order number and traciking information.
Again, we apologize on behalf of UPS for their failure to delver your product on time.
