Weeping Lovegrass - Eragrostis curvula

Rapidly growing warm season bunch grass. Prefers light-textured, well drained soil, but will grow in areas of low fertility. 

Dark green, fine textured, almost hair-like foliage that forms dense clumps. Foliage turns a beautiful bronze-red color after a freeze. Used primarily as stabilization and quick erosion control including steep areas. Also, good as an ornamental grass. Its heavy seed crop is usually a good source of food for birds.
