Brown Top is a leafy annual grass that grows from 2-3' tall producing heavy seed yields in about 50-60 days after emergence. Use for wildgame food plots, pasture, hay and seed production, and erosion control. Great food plot crop for game birds and may be flooded to attract ducks. Very tolerant of acidic soils and low fertility. Nutritious food plot plant that establishes relatively quick. Produces good quality forage when young, scatters abundant seed for game birds. 60-70 days to maturity. Plant May-August.
