Built to stand up to the elements, the formidable drainage grate works with 24 in. Square Catch Basin Drains and risers to collect heavy flows of stormwater from lawns, landscaped areas, parks, driveways, and courtyards. The 24x24 outdoor drain grate is made of cast iron and will rust over time, forming a protective iron-oxide patina. NDS iron grates are lightly painted black to inhibit rust formation during shipping and storage.

Applications
  • Block leaves, twigs, and other debris in stormwater runoff from entering and clogging your drainage system
  • Use with the 24 in. Catch Basin Drain with or without 8 in. Riser for 24 in. Catch Basin to drain lawns, landscaped areas, parks, driveways, and courtyards
  • The catch basin and grate, as part of a complete drainage system, connect to drain pipes to capture surface water and direct it away for proper release downstream
