The tough, weather-resistant 18 in. Square Catch Basin Drain Grate is made of sturdy cast iron and built to stand up to the elements. It stands guard on top of the 18 in. square catch basin to block leaves and debris from congesting the pipeline as it drains heavy volumes of stormwater from lawns, landscaped areas, parks, driveways, and courtyards. Fits on top of 18 in. catch basins, risers, and low-profile adapters. The 18x18 cast iron outdoor drain grate, also known as a drain cover, will rust over time, forming a protective iron-oxide patina. NDS iron grates are lightly painted black to inhibit rust formation during shipping and storage.
Applications
- Block leaves, twigs, and other debris in stormwater runoff from entering and clogging your drainage system
