I purchased this for a widow whose yard hydrant, [ at least 30 years old ] had a broken handle. She had to turn it on and off with a big pair of pliers. She left it on all summer, just turning the water on and off with a shut off valve on the hydrant outlet. This handle was a PERFECT MATCH, AND A PERFECT FIT. I didnt tell her I was ordering the handle so if it didnt fit she wouldnt be disappointed. She was VERY supprised when she went to do her watering .

Ordering the valve was easy and had the installation instructions and pointers. I needed to replace my deep well pump and since the new pump had a 12 g.p.m. the increased flow would cause short cycling of the new pump. I have not installed yet, but should stop short cycling without changing the bladder tank to a larger unit. Let you know results after install
