NDS EP1850-25 18" x 24" Tree Root Barrier Panel (box of 25)
Prevent damage to hardscapes from root growth using the Modular EP Series Root Barrier Panels. Each 18 in. X 24 in. Root Barrier Panel includes a pre-installed Quad Clip™ Joiner Strip to connect panels for easy installation. The Anchor Lock™ external flange located at the base of the panels lock it in the ground. The Root Barrier Panels are engineered for durability with reinforcing ribs. Prevents costly damage to pavements, roads, and building foundations. Durable material is treated with UV inhibitors and made of up to 50% post-consumer HIPP. Can be used with same height Root Barrier Molded Roll and/or EZ Roll™ Pavers products to set up a new landscape system, expand an existing system, or make repairs.
Applications
- Directs root growth from shrubs and trees downward and away from nearby hardscapes, walls, or building foundations. Protects against costly property damage due to cracks in foundations and buckled sidewalks and driveways
- Suitable for use around root ball and adjacent to hardscape being protected in all residential, multi-family, and commercial planting installations
- Root barrier panels are available in 12 in., 18 in., 24 in, 36 in., and 48 in. heights and are all 24 in. wide; pre-installed joiner strip connect panels together; panels form a protective barrier between roots and hardscapes
