Need to capture excess surface water with a catch basin that runs deeper underground? No problem. The 9 in. Square Catch Basin Riser adds up to 6 in. of height to your catch basin, eliminating the hassle of regrading or awkward piping. The 9x9 catch basin riser fits the 9 in. square catch basin drain and low-profile adapter, and accommodates a 9 in. catch basin drain grate, also known as a drain cover, on top. It’s made of high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) treated with UV inhibitors, and can be cut to size with a saw to fit your project needs.

Applications
  • Add up to 6 in. of height to a catch basin that sits deeper underground; enables catch basin to collect surface stormwater and direct to drain pipes before it causes costly property damage
  • Use with a 9 in. square catch basin drain or 9 in. low-profile adapter with 9 in. square catch basin grate to drain surface water from lawns, landscaped areas, under downspouts, patios, and walkways
  • The riser with catch basin and grate, as part of a complete drainage system, connect to drain pipes to capture surface water and direct it away for proper release downstream
