Sturdy and stylish, the grate drain features a pattern of waves that function as grate openings, draining away stormwater while blocking leaves and debris from entering and clogging the drainage system. The 12 in. Square Catch Basin Grate with decorative wave design drains moderate flows from lawns, landscaped areas, patios, walkways, and under downspouts. Made of heavy-duty cast iron, it will form a protective iron-oxide patina over time. NDS iron drain grates are lightly painted black to inhibit rust formation during shipping and storage.
