PVC S&D Female Fitting Cleanout Adapter, 4 in. Spt X FPT

Access the drain pipe system to clear out clogs with the PVC Female Fitting Cleanout Adapter for Sewer and Drain (S&D) pipe. Spigot connects to 4 in. Sewer and Drain (S&D) fitting hub; 4 in. Female Pipe Thread (FPT) connection fits 4 in. Male Pipe Thread (MPT) Cleanout Plug (41P8), sold separately. The Female Fitting Cleanout Adapter is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and makes a Spt X FPT connection. Meets applicable ASTM standards. For use in non-pressurized underground sewer and drainage applications; maximum working pressure of 5 psi.

Applications
  • Connects to 4 in. Sewer and Drain (S&D) fitting hub; 4 in. Female Pipe Thread (FPT) connection fits 4 in. Male Pipe Thread (MPT) Cleanout Plug (41P8), sold separately
  • Install cleanouts along several points on the main drainage pipe run to provide multiple access points to clean pipes
  • As part of a complete drainage system, the PVC adapter has a spigot to connect to a fitting hub and FPT to connect to a threaded plug for access to the drain pipe system or threaded pipe to convey water for proper release downstream
