GGS Type A is a woven geotextile made of 100% polypropylene monofilament fibers which are woven through polypropylene tape fibers into a stable network such that the yarns retain their relative position. The Type A fabric is attached to 1.5” x 1.5” x 48” wood stakes spaced 6 feet apart. GGS Type A resists ultraviolet deterioration, rotting, biological degradation, naturally encountered basics and acids. Polypropylene is stable within a pH range of 2 to 13. GGS Type A meets or exceeds the physical property values listed below:
