Protect underground water meter system components with the 6 in. D109 meter box and cover. The black meter box is 9 in. high and engineered with structural reinforcing ribs for durability. The black overlapping cover has a fingerhole to help make removal easier. Molded into cover are the markings "WATER METER" to identify components. The round meter box and cover are made of polypropylene (PP) and treated with UV inhibitors.

Applications
  • Protect water meter system components from the elements, foot traffic, lawncare equipment, and potential vandalism, and keep them out of sight
  • Fits over underground water meter components
  • Dig to allow for enough depth so the lid is flush with the surface; connect valve(s) and piping; add gravel for drainage before placing the box and cover in place
