If you’re looking to return or exchange your order. we’re here to help! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

We do not accept returns on custom, made-to-order items or items that have been installed or used. Returned parts must be in resalable condition. If there is any shipping damage or damage to the product we will not issue a refund.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Electrical parts, pumps, motors, transmissions, special order items and non-stock items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging if applicable.
Gift cards and downloadable products are exempt from being returned.

Returns, except those due to our error, will receive a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers order administration, original packaging cost, inspection, testing, disassembly, restocking and handling and is non-negotiable.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs of your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
