· One of the earliest to ripen Satsuma, usually two to three weeks ahead of Owari

· Can reach normally 7-10 feet, but can reach 12 feet in height or does well in container

· The Brown Select Satsuma tree originated as a selected seedling of Kimbrough Satsuma tangerine in Louisiana.

· Delicate white blooms are favorites of bees and butterflies

· Succulent sweet fruit ripens in late October to December

· Delicious and healthy and peels easily

· The fruit is often seedless
