Blades and chemical are fine. Spindle fit but did not have grove in shaft for pulley to lock with square keeper. I had to machine spindle to include grove for keeper to hold pulley in place.
Service via phone was outstanding with Mark but the part had issues as indicated.

We have checked our remaining inventory and found that this issue was not present. It seems that there was a manufacturing error in machining the keyway into the shaft.
