Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Outside Team Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our outdoor processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with locating and loading materials.
• Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Unload and load incoming and outgoing shipments of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage of materials.
• Operate and maintain yard equipment (Uni-loader, etc.) as needed (training provided).
• Assist with inventory control and management.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus (but not required).
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
