Better heavy blade

Better heavy blade at a really good price!

Hi Andy, glad you're happy with the heavy blade and our price! Thanks for your review!

Great blades, but recurring communication/fulfillment problem.

I really do love these blades and have been very happy with the product itself. My frustration is with the order communication. More than once now, I’ve placed an order and then, after a week or more with no shipping update, had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. Each time, I’ve been told the blades were on backorder but would be shipping soon.

I completely understand that items can go on backorder, and I don’t mind waiting when that happens. What’s frustrating is not being notified. If an order can’t ship, a quick email letting the customer know it’s on backorder would make a huge difference. I shouldn’t have to contact the company a week or more after ordering just to find out there’s a delay.

The blades themselves are great, and I’ll continue buying them. I just really hope the communication around backordered items improves

Hi Cassie, thank you for your honest feedback and for your continued support of our blades. We truly appreciate your patience and will work on improving our communication about backorders to keep you better informed. Your input helps us serve you and other customers better. Thanks again for your understanding!

Way above average

I have a yard shark zero turn. I'm not really impressed with the cut so I was looking for a good set of blades that would lift the grass. I've tried a lot of different ones and these are the best working ones. Not only that they're super tough. I've hit a ton of rocks and things like that and I just bought a second pair. I wanted to put the new ones on thinking that the old ones would be all nicked up and they're still in great shape. I can tell you my old ones damaged much easier. Overall, I'm gonna give them a five because they're very tough and I do get the best cut. I've ever had from this mower.

Hi Brian, thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're thrilled to hear these blades are working so well for you and that you're getting the best cut ever. We appreciate your trust and support.
