Create a shut off point in your pipeline with the PVC Ball Valve, 1 in. IPS S X S. The ball valve helps convey water through pipe when open and has an easy to turn, two-sided handle to rotate ball which closes valve. This leak-resistant valve connects two 1 in. Sch. 40 pipes in an irrigation or other pressurized system and prevents the backflow of water. Prevents costly property damage, pipe corrosion, and system issues. Durable ball valve is made of PVC plastic. Valve has a Teflon ball seat, EPDM O-ring, and ABS handle. Use fittings and other valves to set up a new irrigation system, expand an existing system, or make repairs.

Applications
  • Directs water flow one-way through pipe when ball valve opens, turn handle to rotate ball and close off pipeline. Prevents costly property damage, pipe corrosion, and system issues
  • Use for pool and spa, irrigation, and plumbing system installations; works with most PVC pipe to transport water and prevent backflow of contaminated water in pressurized systems
  • As part of a complete flow management system, the Ball Valves connect to 3/4 in. Sch. 40 pipe and other system components to allow water to flow through while blocking debris
